Historia
Open borders, record inflation, and skyrocketing crime—Joe Biden’s first term is one of the most craptastic in American history. But on Planet Brandon, it’s all going according to plan . . . He received 81 million votes. His party controlled the House and the Senate. He took office with a nearly 60 percent approval rating. His first month saw the economy recovering nicely and the new COVID-19 vaccines being distributed around the country. And, in his words, he had the awesome power to mobilize “truinernashabada pressure.”

Great

I enjoyed this book as it reminded me of some of the things I had just grown to accept from this administration. I hope our country NEVER has to live through this endless reign of of leadership Again. Our Grandchildren face a very expensive future not of their choosing but of these Power Hungry NON Caring staffers. I blame Jill for encouraging and humiliating her husband for assuming a position he is mentally incapable of handling. Not to mention Ron Klain, Susan Rice, Barack Obama and the administration staff that continues to prop up this man on a daily basis. So sad that the leaders of Congress and the House have turned a blind eye all at the expense of the American public.

Brooklyn reviewed by a woman
Revisado: 07-30-12
What would have made Brooklyn better?
If a woman had written this book it is obvious that the real feelings would have been easily clarified. Men should never write books about women.
Would you ever listen to anything by Colm Tóibín again?
Probably not.
Who would you have cast as narrator instead of Kirsten Potter?
Kristen Potter is very good.
If you could play editor, what scene or scenes would you have cut from Brooklyn?
The constant inabllity to make a decision.
Any additional comments?
Colm needs to write about men I'm sure a good topic matter would come more natural.
