Would you recommend this book to a friend? Why or why not?
If you're working your way through the series, you can get through it. If this is your first read in the Mitch Rapp series I would suggest starting with another book.
How did the narrator detract from the book?
I listen to a lot of books and this narrator was by far the most distracting. Every character in the book sounded mad and condescending. I would think twice about purchasing another book read by this narrator.
Any additional comments?
The storyline was good and is the only thing that kept me going. I thought the writing in this one was really bad compared to the previous books in the series. I understand that in a series the characters and some themes need to be reintroduced, but in this book the author kept rehashing traits and themes already explained in the book, to the point that it was annoying and distracting. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that the next book is better, if not I might be done reading these.

Loved listening to it even more than reading it!

I purchased the e-book when it was released and read it twice. The stories are fantastic and the only thing better than reading them is listening to the lovely voice of Rose Caraway read them to me! The stories in this anthology are an incredible mix of fun, scary, sexy, and just flat out creepy. I loved them all and loved the audio version even more!
