Author of the National Book Award-winning All the Pretty Horses, Cormac McCarthy is one of the most provocative American stylists to emerge in the last century. The striking novel Blood Meridian offers an unflinching narrative of the brutality that accompanied the push west on the 1850s Texas frontier.

Historia
Money - investing, personal finance, and business decisions - is typically taught as a math-based field, where data and formulas tell us exactly what to do. But in the real world people don’t make financial decisions on a spreadsheet. They make them at the dinner table, or in a meeting room, where personal history, your own unique view of the world, ego, pride, marketing, and odd incentives are scrambled together. In The Psychology of Money, award-winning author Morgan Housel shares 19 short stories exploring the strange ways people think about money.

Lots of dates and statistics. Nothing hyper practical
Revisado: 04-13-23
He talks very early on about the idea that stock markets and investments, and such are unpredictable and rely heavily on luck and chance, with small successes outweighing larger failures. But a lot of the book is just reinforcing those same points. Good points, but a bit too many stories backing the up.
