if you feel the need to purchase this "course," fast forward to the wrap up chapter and spend 2 minutes receiving the content and avoid the repetitive self promotion which characterizes the remaining recording. thankfully it was a short waste of time.

If you can get past the conservative and uncritical interpretation of the Bible, and the subtle anti-woman and anti-pleasure attitude of the authors, there are some practical, helpful steps to consider in overcoming anger. It's much too long because it is repetitive and illustrated with anecdotes throughout.
