In my life long quest for better health, I have heard all of these principles before, piece meal, a bit here and there, scattered in various books, Bible verses, articles and YouTube videos. Never before were they all in the same book. Thank you for getting together and bringing this book into the world! It was so transformative to have every aspect of creating Biblical health all in one location, in an easy to read format.
I am excited to start a Daniel Plan Bible study in the new year and take my friends & family through these principles.

This book is an excellent and comprehensive overview of every detail one needs to master in order to deliver high quality & impactful presentations. The author is also delightful in her spoken delivery of the information, as she “walks the walk” to deliver the audio version with as much personality as she writes. The book is insightful as well as entertaining!

Brené Brown’s The Power of Vulnerability is brilliant, funny, entertaining & deeply enlightening. Her stories are a beautiful blend of her research and personal life. They are not only hilarious, but authentic and relatable.
This book, which is actually a recorded seminar, feels more like a conversation over coffee. It was a great investment of time!
