Clay Teunis restarted sentences several times. Oops the story was cartoonish but I had to find out the ending. Would not listen to another story by this author or performed by this reader

I was so drawn into this long book that I set aside time to just listen to it at home. I finished it yesterday and, until the very last 5 minutes, I thought it would have an interesting ending. Instead, it dribbled out. I was extremely displeased that I'd wasted so much time on such an unsatisfactory book. I woke up this morning still seriously annoyed that my hopes were unmet. I will not be listening to another book by this author. If you have started listening to this book, I suggest you go to the end and avoid a major waste of time.
