This book is advertised as fictional account of FBI canine unit and the team members. Sample starts with team attempting to arrest a crime/drug lord & an agent is kidnapped. It very quickly devolves into an unbelievable & unrealistic romance between a guilt ridden agent and the woman in his protective custody. Canines are almost secondary to the storyline. The dialogue is laden with prayers to God, thanks to God etc...extremely disappointing.

Good Story BUT....

I’ve enjoyed this series but I strongly dislike cliffhangers & the inherent pandering for future sales. I thought this author was better than this.
