What disappointed you about Taken in Death?
I saw it and said, "great, here is a j.d. robb I don't have" So I wasted a credit on a book that lasted 3 hours. When it was over, practically before it began, I realized I'd been conned! Now I look carefully, and don't buy any book that is less than a third of a book.
Print publishers put 2-3 of these books together in one binding. I read them at the library, because I want to keep up on the latest in death stories. But three hours for $10 is a ripoff.
What was most disappointing about J. D. Robb’s story?
Length - story didn't develop.
Did Susan Ericksen do a good job differentiating all the characters? How?
Yes. I now recognize voices for various characters, so I just slip into the story.
What character would you cut from Taken in Death?
None. It was already too short.
Any additional comments?
Yes! Put 2-3 of these together as one Audible book. I love to have and reread (relisten?) to them at the gym. as I cook, and most of all while I quilt.
