Great for anyone who seeks physical fitness, whether a novice or even if you are a personal trainer. You can read the details or skim over them, it’s all there if you want it. I’ve been following the workout routines, and the results are amazing. I’m 80 and I’m actually getting stronger. This book tells you how you can do it. At least for now I’m not getting weaker as I get older. This is the answer I’ve been looking for to the question of how to combat sarcopenia.
