Why on earth did they add music.. it adds nothing. downs out the narrator, it sucks lol. the story is great though. Always a fan of the Scarpetta series!

This was not my favorite story to listen to. The plot was all over the place. Completely scattered in my opinion. Nothing really explains why what's happening is happening, but just when you think you'll get an answer it swaps to a different person's story. In addition, the narrator sounded like he needed a drink of water. I could hear the stickiness in his voice. Quite unappealing. Sad I wasted a credit on this!

I really enjoyed the narrators voice. she did a great job with different characters. The plot kept you interested theought the whole story.

cCouldn't really grasp what was happening. Jumped all over the place. One minute you're in present day, the next you're on a history tour attempting to explain why the place is the way it is, but it never really wraps up. Bizarre sex scenes sprinkled throughout that never really got explained. Not a favorite.
