Historia
As CEO, most everything that Rich O'Connor did had something to do with at least one of the four disciplines on his famed "yellow sheet." Rich never suspected that it would become the blueprint of an employee's plan to destroy the firm. Best selling author Lencioni brings us a fable that focuses on a leader's crucial role in building a healthy organization.

Would you listen to The Four Obsessions of an Extraordinary Executive again? Why?
This was my third audiobook by Lencioni and I was not disappointed. The story line explores the issues perfectly, and reading this while driving, found it both engaging and memorable. This read is motivational, wouldn't we all like to be the best!

The most insightful read ever
Revisado: 01-14-12
Where does Death by Meeting rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?
This is the most insighful read I have ever undertaken. I have never read any author that has examined the most frustrating part of life in more detail, nor with the best concepts. The story line permits the ideas to be unpacked perfectly and having read this while driving, it is very engaging, and definitely a re-read, over and over and over.

The perfect summary of Blanchard's insight
Revisado: 01-14-12
Would you listen to Leading at a Higher Level again? Why?
This is a wonderful collection of Blanchards works, sewn together into a mentoring session. Having been introduced to Blanchard some 20 or more years ago and read nothing of his since, this work is both reflective and refreshing.

Great organizations are created by great leaders - leaders who can unleash the highest and best contribution of their team toward their organizations' most critical strategic priorities. This is FranklinCovey's flagship leadership-development program. It takes a "mind-set, skill-set, tool-set" approach to developing leaders who can unleash the talent and capability of their team against the organization's highest priorities.

Historia
"Silos" are organizations' vertical structures—but the word has become synonymous with barriers to workplace effectiveness and connotes deep political infighting. Silos devastate organizations, kill productivity, push good people out the door, and jeopardize the achievement of corporate goals. They cause stress, exasperation, and disappointment by forcing employees to fight bloody, unwinnable battles with people who should be teammates.
