His worst!
Revisado: 10-15-16
I have been a loyal fan of Stephen King for at least 2 decades. This was a total disappointment. Tiresome and repetitive. Had to force myself to finish the book. I Do not recommend it to anyone.

Historia
Alex Delaware is summoned to a trendy gallery where a promising young artist has been brutally garroted on the night of her first major showing. There is no obvious motive, and the careful staging of the murder scene immediately suggests to Alex not an impulsive crime of passion, but the meticulous and taunting modus operandi of a serial killer. As more killings are discovered, unraveling the puzzle assumes a new importance - stopping a vicious psychopath who's made cold-blooded murder his chosen art form.

Not up to par
Revisado: 11-12-13
Would you try another book from F. Paul Wilson and/or Dick Hill?
I would definitely try another book from Wilson, he is a master story writer however Dick Hill is not my favorite narrator.
What do you think your next listen will be?
Since I am listening to the series in order I will be starting Ground Zero this afternoon.
Would you be willing to try another one of Dick Hill’s performances?
If given a choice, I would prefer not to. I did not much understand a lot of what he said...I understand there was an Asian motif bit I kept nodding off and I don't usually do that with Wilson's books.
You didn’t love this book... but did it have any redeeming qualities?
Of course it had redeeming qualities, the master wrote and I listened, regardless of how disappointed I was in this book I will continue to listen to his stories, they are fascinating.
Any additional comments?
with this exception his stories are spell binding. So i continue to listen

Revisado: 11-12-13
Where does The Tomb rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?
On the top ten. So high up on my list that I have decided to purchase all the Repairman Jack books. Jack is an amazing guy. I feel like he is about to become one of my best friends.
What did you like best about this story?
It is fiction based on past events. I am old enough to remember most of what happens in his book.
Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?
Neither but then I am not too emotional.

Would you consider the audio edition of Running of the Bulls to be better than the print version?
I have not read the print version but this was a great story.
What was one of the most memorable moments of Running of the Bulls?
The twists that the story took at the end...totally unexpected.
Would you listen to another book narrated by George Kuch?
I would prefer not to.... He is not pleasant to the ear but if he is linked to Christopher's writings I will have to suffer through it because the stories are awsome.
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
Absolutely!!
Any additional comments?
No! I am just trying to rush through another of his books now. Just keep writing Christopher!

Revisado: 10-06-12
Would you listen to A Purple Place for Dying again? Why?
I did listen to it again. It was worth a second listen.
What did you like best about this story?
Actually, Travis McGee story keeps my attention.
Have you listened to any of Robert Petkoff’s other performances before? How does this one compare?
I do not believe I have listened to Petkoff's performance but I never pay that much attention to the performer unless he is bad.
Then I make a note not to get other books by him.
Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?
It surprised me. It was very well written. Lots of twists.
