This book tells you absolutely nothing useful. Every chapter is highly repetitive. It’s extremely general and sounds like it was written by AI. You can get much more specific info on the internet or YouTube. This was a wasted credit.

Some books simply are not suitable for recording and listening due to the writing style. This book should never have been recorded. The sentences, dialog, and unceasing choppy “said he”......”said she”, make listening unbearable. The author relates meaningless details and minutia of the main character’s thoughts that are so totally irrelevant to the other characters and story line that I almost suffocated waiting for the story to progress. It’s not his explanations of time travel, paradoxes or science that are tedious, rather it’s simply boring meaningless disconnected unending dialog that kills the momentum of the entire book. And, the dialog itself sounds like a 13 year old hyperventilating boy telling a made up story so that he won’t get in trouble for something. If you do waster your money, read this again and you’ll get it.

What could have made this a 4 or 5-star listening experience for you?

A completely different reader. This guy (the author) seems like he is on some amphetamine. Skip the first several chapters that tell you what the book is going "do for you". I honestly quit listening after about 2 hours. And even before I quit I had to turn it off at regular intervals because the author/reader is so hyper and mispronounces so many words that I kept cringing. You feel like you are at an Amway sales training seminar.
