Historia
What does it really mean to be a man? What are some of the landmarks along the road to mature masculinity? And what of the feminine components of a man's personality? Women have developed, over the centuries, considerable expertise in the technique of adapting to men, and for good reason, but that is not the same as truly understanding them. The transition from male childhood to real manhood is a complicated struggle, and explored in this book. As timely today as when it was first published, He provides a fascinating look into male identity and how female dynamics influence men.

Absolutely splendid leading to profound insight

Narration was perfect. I did feel like I was barely smart enough to comprehend the lesson but alas I did and it led me down into my past and back to the present and I feel like I am better prepared for my life onwards.

Historia
A soldier, former member of Congress, and a presidential candidate, Tulsi loves her country: "I answered the call of duty and took an oath, dedicating my life to supporting and defending those freedoms, both in uniform and in public office. I became a Democrat when I ran for office because I saw them as a party that stood up for the little guy and against the interests of big business and warmongers. I remained a Democrat for twenty years, albeit with an independent streak." Today that party is unrecognizable.

The single glass of wine with dinner... the cold beer on a hot day... the champagne flute raised in a toast... what I'd drink if Hunter S. Thompson wanted to get wasted with me... these are my fantasies lately. Too bad I've gone sober. When Sacha Z. Scoblic was drinking, she was a rock star; the days were rough and the nights filled with laughter and blackouts. Then she gave it up. She had to. Here are her adventures in an utterly and maddeningly sober world... and how she discovered that nothing is as odd and fantastic as life without a drink in hand.

Incredible! Moving and intense!
Revisado: 11-17-22
I have never been on the edge of my seat so much for a book. This is non-fiction by the way. I cried multiple times. I did laugh a few times. Mostly I was shocked and exclaiming out loud. OMG, WTF, etc. Very motivating story that shares the nightmare of addiction but this work is a valuable resource for professionals and nonprofessionals looking to understand and help attics, and their lives or profession. And despite all that, very entertaining, however shocking. Would definitely make an incredible movie! On top of this, it was very well written and narrated. Just an incredible story. Very touching. I feel like this book deserves an award.

Instructive, motivational, and entertaining!
Revisado: 07-06-22
J.P. is an amazing guy! I actually found him when looking for an Emotion Code Practitioner (see Bradley Nelson) and learned that he was an author. This book is great for self-improvement and spirituality. It’s instructional making it practical. J.P. is an English major so it is well written. And he is very positive, you can really feel the positivity. Great since of humor so it’s entertaining. I’m going to listen to it again. Excellent narration too btw!
