The story line was entertaining and l can see why it was made into movie. The narration was absolutely awful! He sounded like the geeky Dad that tries to talk cool to impress and be accepted by his teenage kids.

This was an excellent suspense audio! The narrator did a superb job with the character changes. The storyline was very believable - it could happen to you! I especially liked that the family was written like anyone of my neighbors. It kept my interest right to the end. The mother, Laurie. She was the backbone of the family and although it appeared throughout the trial she gave that role up to Andy (the father) she came through in the end.

Where does Frost Burned rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?
Out of the Patricia Briggs Mercy series it's good. It feels more like a stepping stone to the next in the series.
Who was your favorite character and why?
Mercy of course!! I love strong sexy women !!
Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?
The way Mercy connects with her mate. Now thats a relationship attribute that gets me every time !!
Any additional comments?
I really enjoy this series. I think because of that I'm very biased.

What would have made Fifty Shades of Grey better?
Fifty Shades was just erotica with a lot of repetitive words.
Would you ever listen to anything by E L James again?
Probably not.

This was tiring to listen to. Felt like I had to finish to see what all the "greatness" was about this book. If I ever write a book I want E L James' publicists. 5 stars to whoever they were!!
