Disappointing. With evil winning out. Is this a cliffhanger? Will the honorable be redeemed? It keeps the tensiongoing dollars is flowing. I have to buy the next book or recording.

How this received the attention from fans that it did. Insipid plot was 1/3 through when I realized this is as good as it gets and removed from my device.

Disorganized mess- audible chapters do not match printed book content.

The recording moves into a new ‘chapter’ every 3-4 minutes. So chapter 129 in audible is chapter 8 in book. Add to that the fact that at beginning of each chapter the chapter restarts 4-6 times. Frustrating that they charge 25.00 on apple for this experience. I purchased using an audible credit. It is the perfect storm of confusion, frustration and lack of attention to detail which both audible and apple have not tried to correct. I have read reviews going back over 3 years and nothing has been done to improve the content. The fact that many ACA are adhd and the dearth of quality material available to this population make this disorganized volume feel less like a resource and more like yet another battle we have to overcome to become healthy.

Amazing array of guided meditations

Tonglen in last meditations very healing for resentments, anger, difficult people. Other meditations were quick 10 minutes with 2 more in depth meditations. Does a good job of explaining what meditation is why we meditate.

Both. So true about the uncertainty of life. Characters in books do not always have a happy ending. Interesting that he finished the story of the hamster and left the fate of the other charcters to our imagination.
