The Fact that I didn’t understand a dam thing

I followed a reviewed teacher in YouTube to get this book for BEGINNERS! Very frustrating bc they don’t explain the concepts and how I’m supposed to understand?? Another problem is bc I bought it in audio, when the monk was telling a story it was impossible to understand his accent. This book recommended for people that are not beginners. Impossible to understand

Excellent intro to Buddha for a western old lady. Recommended by teacher and it has woken up a curiosity of such Philosophy in order to attain peace in me and others. Thanks
