Historia
Hercule Poirot's quiet supper in a London coffee house is interrupted when a young woman confides to him that she is about to be murdered. She is terrified, but begs Poirot not to find and punish her killer. Once she is dead, she insists, justice will have been done. Later that night, Poirot learns that three guests at a fashionable London hotel have been murdered, and a cufflink has been placed in each one's mouth. Could there be a connection with the frightened woman?

THE MONOTOMOUS MURDERS
Revisado: 12-21-14
Would you try another book from Sophie Hannah and/or Julian Rhind-Tutt?
Judging by thus book, I doubt it.
Has The Monogram Murders turned you off from other books in this genre?
It will be a long time, before I try a pseudo Agatha Christie again.
Can't beat the real thing.
What didn’t you like about Julian Rhind-Tutt’s performance?
His performance was okay. The book was too long.
What character would you cut from The Monogram Murders?
All of them;
Any additional comments?
Was bored to tears. Book was tooooooo long, did not hold my attention. Was longwinded.
Was a waste of money. Fell asleep twice. Was surprised it was still going, when I woke up.
Terrible.

FUNERAL NOTE
Revisado: 08-04-14
Is there anything you would change about this book?
Yes, I would go back to the normal narration system.
Who was your favorite character and why?
Bob Skinner as usual
How could the performance have been better?
Some of the people doing the narration, should do something else. it was terrible.
Was Funeral Note worth the listening time?
Not really. I want to return it.
Any additional comments?
As an Scot from Edinburgh, Scotland. The American woman on this recording should be shown a map of Scotland. Her accent was mostly Irish, with some of the Western Isles thrown in. It was murder to listen to. She was not alone.
If you don't have an ear for, or aptitude to speak other accents. Please don't do it!!!!!
We pay a lot of money for these audio books, and expect to enjoy them.
I did not enjoy this one. I can imagine Quentin Jardine never listened to this audio book.
