I loved the series.

TGR did an amazing job as always. As much as I have loved this series, there is a lot to be desired of the series. Without going into any detail, I was heavily disappointed in the ending for Will's final adventure. I didn't get the same gratification I did from reading the other books in the series. and unlike with his previous work with the advenures of Mordecai I didn't feel like this was brought to a good fulfilling ending. To be clear, I do love the series and highly recommend it to any one. My only problem with the story, is how it ends. the rest of it is amazing.

Narrator is terrible.

I really enjoyed the first book, the narrator in that one had done faults as well, but I could get past those. This narrator is the absolute worst. I can't stand him or her....... The portrayals of all character are horrible and the male character sound forced and made to sound... well as if the narrator has a problem with men.

DO NOT before you read book one.

If you read it before the first book, it ruins some of best parts of the book. Takes away the mystery. Prequels shouldn't include a major spoiler to your main character. That being said, it was well done.

This is an awesome story for a debut novel, only made better by the great performances of Michael Kramer and Kate Reading! To be honest though the only reasons I purchased this was because it was done by those two and because of the interview Shad had with Brandon Sanderson on his YouTube channel.

Female narrator is absolutely terrible.

I really like the story, could spend less time on the sex scenes, they read like a porn film. I don't need to spend 30 minutes listening to one sex scene... Also can't say it enough, female narrator is the worst.

Way too much time spent on the sex scenes. The story itself is interesting. I do not like the multiple first person perspectives. Gets confusing when it switches characters mid chapter and all of a sudden you're listening to another character's perspective.

Hard to follow.

Tim Gerard Reynolds does a fantastic performance as I have come to expect. The story however has very little character building. I don't feel like I got to know or connect with any of them. Just too much going on in the story and not enough time developing characters.

Great story, poor performance.

I love the story. Hated the narration of it though. the voices of the individual characters kept changing drastically. his tone is that of old d&d computer game openings or that of an action movie preview. in short burst like for those situations, it's perfect. but for a long listen like am audiobook, it's hard to enjoy it. hopefully the next in the series uses a different narrator.
