I absolutely loved this book and it is 100% safe to say Abby did it again with this romance. You laugh, your heart will hurt, and you will ride just about every emotion there is with this one. Christine and Zach did a great job!

My first historical fiction

This was my first historical fiction so I took a gamble on trying this on audio. I think Polly did a great job and telling this story and showing the emotions with this heavy and sad story. And I definitely cried a couple of times while listening.

Loved this story!

This was my first audio book narrated by Isabelle Turner and Chase T. Walker but they did a great job brining this story to life. Laura has a secret she's keeping from the club, but will that secret be the thing to put them in even more danger? And Killian has his own past that's made him who he is and not wanting to fall in love until her. But just like Laura, he has a secret too. I really enjoyed this story but I will say Killian did give me a little whiplash on his feelings for Laura. Despite that I don't have any complaints about this story.

What a great start to a new series!

The audio is perfection this book. Zachary Webber and Vanessa Edwin did such a wonderful job bringing Rosie and Ford to life off the pages of the book.
If there is one thing I will always be able to count on Elsie for it is some top tier banter and she didn't disappoint with this one.This book brings everything when it comes to a brother's best friend, single dad, frenemies to lovers, small town romance.I was hooked from the first chapter and when I had to stop listening to the audio, I was thinking about how I couldn't wait to start it again. I haven't seen a single dad romance done like this before and I love the story that was told with Ford and Cora. And Rosie is a spitfire that I just absolutely loved!
