The author does an excellent job of showing what's happened to American politics over the last 60 years. He identifies things that have happened right in front of us that we haven't noticed ... all by looking at statistics.
The downside is a stunning left-wing bias. In many cases the author goes out of his way to be objective. But when it comes to looking at how Democrats and Republicans act, the Democrats are altruistic and the Republicans are tragically short sighted and misguided. It's not that simple.

Must read for people trying to lose weight

This book provides an amazing presentation that everything we thought we knew about food is wrong. Using his techniques I was able to lose 60 lb without ever needing to be hungry. The listener has to wade through a number of chapters on the history of nutrition science. But the wait is worth it when you realize how straightforward this approach is.

This is quite a long book, but it rewards the listener with amazing tales of the Pollo family life as well as the world of Kublai Khan. Whether boning up on ancient history or dividing between history and exaggeration this is a great listen.

Incredible story! this is a must read!

Malala is an amazing girl. Her resolve and bravery are outstanding. This book takes you inside Pakistan to see how regular people live. This alone makes the book worth reading. While we have different religions, Malala loves and trusts her God as I do mine. Finally, the reader adds SO much to the story. Her voice amd accent are magical.
