Historia
The Galahad, a faster-than-light spacecraft, carries 50 scientists and engineers on a mission to prepare Kepler 452b, Earth's nearest habitable neighbor at 1400 light years away. With Earth no longer habitable and the Mars colony slowly failing, they are humanity's best hope. After 10 years in a failed cryogenic bed - body asleep, mind awake - William Chanokh's torture comes to an end as the fog clears, the hatch opens, and his friend and fellow hacker, Tom, greets him...by stabbing a screwdriver into his heart. This is the first time William dies.

Wow! Is all I can say
Revisado: 12-22-17
I have listened to over 100 books and this is definitely top 2. I know why you are reading this. You are wondering if you should spend your precious credit on this book. Well I will say to you Do Not Hesitate. You will be very glad you did. I always make sure to focus on enjoying the ride of a good book, because I know the ending will let me down by either be a cliff hanger for another book or just plain suck. (Or maybe it's because I don't want the ride to end) But come on...I even love the ending!! This book is not getting the publicity it deserves. Well done Jeremy! (and well done as always Mr. R.C. Bray)

Historia
In Jonathan Lethem's wryly funny second novel, we meet a young man named Chaos, who's living in a movie theater in post-apocalyptic Wyoming, drinking alcohol, and eating food out of cans. It's an unusual and at times unbearable existence, but Chaos soon discovers that his post-nuclear reality may have no connection to the truth. So he takes to the road with a girl named Melinda in order to find answers.

Enjoy the Ride...
Revisado: 09-22-11
I would recommend this for the ride. The story is told well, and Scott Sowers does an excellent job narrating. It's a little cerebral - keeping up with the intricate plot - but it is well worth it. It will keep you on the edge of your seat as you and the main character work on solving the puzzle of 'the disaster'. The ending was not satisfactory in my opinion, but who can agree on an ending. All in all it was a great book, and I would highly recommend.
