I really enjoy the concept of being immersed in a VR world the idea is fascinating and would be incredible if we had that kind of technology today. However, my biggest issue with the story was the main character. His decisions felt inconsistent, and while he claimed to act for his family, his actions often came across as selfish. He constantly apologized for betraying the trust of those around him, yet kept making the same mistakes. He was easily my least favorite character in the series, especially in book two, where nearly every major problem was a direct result of his choices. The only thing going for him was his fearless nature and his tendency to push the limits. That seemed to work out for him half of the time, but it also led to many of the conflicts he faced.
That being said, I really admire the world-building and the creativity that went into crafting this story. The immersive VR concept is intriguing, and I can see the depth and passion put into it. Keep up the great work!
