Map through the awakening process

While I enjoyed this incredibly comprehensive book, and do you believe a lot of the things that are shared are likely true, there is a lot that is said that is not proven to be true and yet spoken as though it is fact. Information about cannabis and different genders… I found there to be a lot of statements presented as fact which are actually not fact but opinion.

So I would read it and also keep a keen eye on making sure to do your own research and listen to your own inner knowing take everything that’s shared in this book as 100% factual.

Profoundly helpful relationship guide!

It’s a must for every couple who wants greater intimacy and to heal core wounds as a couple. It also works for any relationship. Not just romantic partnerships.

Not what I’d hoped for

Whike this extensive work shows a lot of study, there are a lot of assumptions and conclusions that are based on obvious bias, without actual evidence. It is obvious that the writer is convinced of the evidence produced from the research, but there are a lot of great stretches to connect certain dots. One thing that I have not yet heard in this audible book is the recognition that humans were the ones who wrote all of these stories that are referred to and there were a lot of biases, politics, and other reasons to make up a lot of what was written. There is no recognition that humans may have had their own biases as they wrote down the stories that he is using as evidence to support his thesis. I also find it interesting that there are a lot of references to sacred sacraments, which we have seen a lot of evidence connected with psychedelics, and none of that is mentioned. Many of the visions of gods and goddesses are now thought to be connected with the ingestion of sacred sacraments which had psychedelic properties. I was interested in hearing about the Anu Naki, but this is so biased that I am not finding it helpful in the quest to learn more.

Great except for ...

Some of the guided journey into relaxation is abruptly interrupted with much louder recording levels which jarred me out of my state of calm. Some of the things that are promoted as qualities of business don't 100% match my values for success, like competitiveness.
