The Best RE Listing Book on the Market!

Some people have knocked this book for being for experienced agents and that’s a shame. There are so many great ideas, strategies, and tactics that can be used by agents at any level. It is focused on listings, but even new buyer’s agents can benefit from the information Jordan shares. He does pay homage to quite a few celebrity clients but he does it in an entertaining way with an angle that relates to relationship building. Buy this book, you be glad you did.

I enjoyed listening to this book. I will most likely purchase the hardcover. Daniel goes into detail on how he procured deals and saw them through to the finish line even when obstacles came out of nowhere. I felt like I got a great education on some very creative thinking. The Hyperfast team does offer coaching, but not once did this feel like a big advertisement like some books in the category often feel like.

This book is packed with tons of great information that a new agent will find invaluable! This is 3 hours and 8 minutes of mentorship. Just finished this and going to see if there's a paperback version I can pick up for reference. Solid and useful information and guidance on just about every facet of Real Estates sales. Thank you Matt Williams for sharing so much. So many books in this space are written purely to push the author's coaching services, this is not one of those. It's a solid read/listen start to finish!!!
