This audiobook really taught me some things I didn't already know
about narcissism. I had no idea dark empaths even existed or what
they're like. In some ways, they seem more insidious than narcissists
themselves - or maybe they are narcissists? The chapters on the
attraction between empaths and narcissists were super informative. I
also learned a lot from the parts discussing different types of
empathy.

A few sections on chakras didn't resonate with me personally, but they
were such a small part of the overall book. The narrator did a
fantastic job bringing everything to life. Overall, this audiobook
gave me a much deeper understanding of these complex topics. I'm glad
I listened because I feel like I have new frameworks for thinking
about empathy, narcissism, and their relationship. Minor disagreements
aside, this is definitely one resource I would recommend.

I just finished listening to this audiobook, and I'm genuinely
impressed. As someone who's always been curious about ancient
traditions, this guide was exactly what I needed. The part about runes
was fascinating. I learned so much about their history and meanings,
and I even tried out some of the divination techniques myself! The
Asatru section was eye-opening. I had no idea about the richness of
its history and mythology, and I found the modern practices
intriguing.
The narration was clear and kept me engaged throughout. I appreciated
the balance between factual information and personal insights. It's
not just a dry historical account; it's a personal journey through
some truly fascinating subjects.

Wow, what an enlightening journey! Being stuck in a relationship with
a narcissist can often feel like being trapped in a maze with no exit
in sight. This audiobook has been my compass, offering much-needed
guidance in such a trying situation.

Every chapter dives deep into the heart of the matter, giving me
clarity on complex topics like 'Marriage and the Narcissist' and
'Divorcing a Narcissist.' Not just the big picture, the author also
beautifully breaks down more nuanced topics like 'Parental Alienation'
and 'Narcissistic Manipulative Tactics.' Each segment is thoughtfully
curated to help the listener better understand the world they're
navigating.

One of my favourite parts was 'Tips for Co-parenting with a
Narcissist.' This section was a goldmine of practical advice for a
tough situation that I could apply immediately. Also, the sections on
healing and loving again brought a sense of hopefulness, much
appreciated after the darkness of the narcissistic relationship
content.

The narrator's calming and empathetic tone makes a difficult topic
more digestible. Their voice brought a level of comfort and
understanding that made the process of listening feel like a safe and
comforting conversation with a wise friend.

In short, if you find yourself entangled with a narcissist, this book
is a must-listen.
