Would you listen to Beneath This Mask again? Why?

Loved this book so much. It is well written, sexy, and the characters drew me in from the start.

What other book might you compare Beneath This Mask to and why?

I mostly read M/M romance books so I don't really know what book to compare this to, but I have listened to the entire series and several others from Meghan March and have loved them all. She writes a great alpha male, but the the women are strong also, so it makes for a story that keeps you wanting more.

What does Andi Arndt and Holter Graham bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

I love Andi Arndt and I will listen to everything and anything she reads!!!

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

This book was HOT, that was my extreme reaction! LOL

I'm dying over here because that is one of the HOTTEST books I have listened to, ever. I want to fall asleep to Jacob Morgan whispering "my little lamb" in my ear, and calling me a "dirty girl"...every fucking night!

Excuse while I go read EVERYTHING Sierra Simone has written because she just won me over. Love this book. She did a great job with Tyler's character. Loved him and his struggle. So great.

But IMO, the voice actors didn't fit the characters. They were supposed to be young adults but they sounded too prim and proper. I'm all for enunciation but in this case it took away from the story experience. I ended up reading the kindle ebook version instead.

Another excellent story from RE Hargrave!!

For anyone looking for an erotic BDMS story, look no further. RE Hargrave definitely knows her stuff! I am really looking forward to the last book. I cannot wait to get my hands on it! I feel like I am so invested in Jayden and Catherine's journey so far, and I love it when that happens.

Would you consider the audio edition of To Serve Is Divine to be better than the print version?

I have not read the print edition of this book but I loved the story. The characters were very believable and I found myself invested in both Catherine and Jayden very early on. I thought I would love Jayden more than anyone else in this book but I found myself really caring for Catherine just as much. There were some scenes where I thought to myself that I would have loved more detail or wished that she would have delved into that scene a little more in depth. And likewise there were a few sex scenes where I though there was a bit too much detail. But none of it was too distracting or enough to change my opinion of the book. The BDSM aspect was very believable, well thought out and respectfully portrayed. I would definitely recommend this book to a friend who loves the genre.

What three words best describe Hollie Jackson’s performance?

I found the narrator's Irish accent believable, but I do have to say the voices she used for the male characters, especially Jayden, were distracting. I know it is difficult task for a person of the opposite sex, so I tried not to let it become too much of an issue for me, and I will say that it gets better in book 2.

Loved the story, but not the audio.

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

I would NOT recommend the audio book to anyone, but I would definitely recommend the actual book to a friend. It was good story, and I loved the characters. The problem is that the audio narration is really bad. And I don't know why because I have listened to clips of the same narrator do other books and it wasn't anywhere near this bad.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Family Unit?

I loved when Logan and Richard finally tell each other they love each other. :D And all the sex was HOT!

What didn’t you like about JP Handler’s performance?

The performance felt stilted, almost robotic. It sounded like I was listening to a generic app that is used to read files on your phone. I actually contacted Audible to find out if I had a bad download but there was no problem with the file so it has to be the performance and/or production of this particular book. It is really a shame because it took away from the story. After awhile he started to sound more natural but it was still not on par with some of the other audio books I have listened to.

Who was the most memorable character of Family Unit and why?

I loved Logan. He was the one I connected with. Richard was a great guy too but I just felt for Logan.

Any additional comments?

Go buy the ebook, but you can probably skip the audio and just make up the voices in your own head.
