This book is extremely well put together! For someone like me who is starting out in real estate, I understand that research and education are critical pieces to my success. The material in this book is broken down into easy steps. It makes perfect sense! It wasn’t too long or too short. Very detailed and specific. You can tell the author was thinking about the audience when this book was being written. It speaks to my heart. Thank you for this. I’ll be sharing this with my family and my children.
