It’s A Process has been the most impactful book I have read. As someone that was not very spiritual, and only tended to focus on my physical health, and mental health in the past. This book has opened my eyes to the importance of having a balanced spiritual life. To have trust in faith in what I can see, hear, or touch. The weight of 100+ pounds has been lifted off of my shoulders. Thank you Noah for writing such an impact book.
