Good stats but too much opinion

The book starts off strong with lots of stats and data but gets off track when the author tries to speak about morals without a basis for the morals and gives lots of opinions. Near the end of the book he wishes he could have included more but I'm confused why he didn't include the additional content instead of giving so much opinion.

There's a lot of good content in the book. There's also a lot of complaining that does not advance the story or help the author's argument much at all.
The book would be significantly better if it were hours shorter by taking out much of the complaining about other authors and other books. Points can be made without saying them over and over and over and over again.

Truth mixed with hyperbole and opinions

Some portions report facts while other portions are rich with interpretations and opinions on those facts.
The book would have lost nothing and gained much by taking out the interpretations and opinions.
The foul language was not necessary. There wasn't a lot but it didn't add to the value of the book.
I work at a co-manufacturing facility. Me and my team take great pride in producing safe quality food for everyone to enjoy.
