Historia
Drugs as Weapons Against Us meticulously details how a group of opium-trafficking families came to form an American oligarchy and eventually achieved global dominance. This oligarchy helped fund the Nazi regime and then saved thousands of Nazis to work with the Central Intelligence Agency. CIA operations such as MK-Ultra pushed LSD and other drugs on leftist leaders and left-leaning populations at home and abroad.

Historia
The top-secret world that the government created in response to the 9/11 terrorist attacks has become so enormous, so unwieldy, and so secretive that no one knows how much money it costs, how many people it employs or exactly how many agencies duplicate work being done elsewhere. Award-winning reporters Dana Priest and William Arkin here uncover the enormous size, shape, mission, and consequences of this invisible universe.

worth a read
Revisado: 04-18-25
this book does help explain how US intelligence agencies find time to smuggle 100s of billions of $'s in drugs into the US each year, overthrow democratically elected governments abroad, help kill or attempt to kill US presidents and candidates (JFK, RFK, Reagan), surveil and often kill US citizens for exposing these crimes (All of these facts are heavily documented), and still find time to convince 100s of millions of Americans that 19 Muslims with box cutters, all extremely poor and unskilled pilots, overhthrew 3 planes, penetrated the strongest military and defense system in the world, and pulled off 3 of, if not the, greatest aeronautic feats in history, requiring these same intelligence agencies to spend 100s of billions of dollars more in Federal reserve created Fiat each year, which US taxpayer's VOLUNTARY income tax dollars go to pay the 10% interest they tack on to this freely created money. unfortunately the fact that the author seems to believe this ludicrous narrative of 9/11, Boston bombing, etc, takes a great deal of credibility away from all the seemingly important information written in this book. Sure is sad we have let such evil people overtake our GREAT constitutional republic.

Historia
The Snakehead is a panoramic tale of international intrigue and a dramatic portrait of the underground economy in which America's 12 million illegal immigrants live. Based on hundreds of interviews, Patrick Radden Keefe's sweeping narrative tells the story not only of Sister Ping, but of the gangland gunslingers who worked for her, the immigration and law enforcement officials who pursued her, and the generation of penniless immigrants who risked death and braved a 17,000 mile odyssey so that they could realize their own version of the American dream.

basic story of generational materialism
Revisado: 09-14-24
just your average story of people unable to overcome generational emotional inability and efficiency, unable to replace the unimportant of monetary gain with the true importance of love. The typical story of a wealthy family where love doesn't exist and things are measured by accomplishment. quite sad. nothing new about Donald, or criminal activities is revealed. and reading this in 2024 most of per complaints were proven unfounded. we came the first president not to start a new war in 60 years, with two wars starting as soon as he left office. at the time of writing she was still unaware of the lies about the deadliness of COVID-19, complained of not buying enough ventilators, which turned out to be nothing but deadly. and makes no mention of how much worse things likely would have been during the pandemic if the other side was in office. probably still be on lockdown and curfews 4 yrs later.

The author of three books on CIA operations, Douglas Valentine began his research into the agency's activities when CIA director William Colby gave him free access to interview agency officials who had been involved in various aspects of the Phoenix program in South Vietnam. It was a permission Colby was to regret. The CIA would eventually rescind it and made every effort to impede publication of The Phoenix Program, which documented an elaborate system of population surveillance, control, entrapment, imprisonment, torture, and assassination in Vietnam.

Historia
Mark Devlin is a long-standing DJ and music journalist. Musical Truth is the culmination of his five years of research into the true nature of the industry and its objectives - from dark occult rituals, to mind-controlled artists, and all points in between. The book shows how these agendas fit into the much wider picture of what’s really going on in the world, and - crucially - how the power lies with us to bring it to an end."

despite it's inadequacies, great book which anyone
Revisado: 08-13-23
JESUS CHRIST is the morning star. lucifer was the son of the morning. though they may sound similar it is NOT THE SAME. IF IT WERE MEANT TO BE MORNINGSTAR IT WOULD HAVE SAID MORNING STAR. how do so many seemingly intelligent people, and a researcher at that Miss something so clear simple and blatantly obvious? if you're going to mention the memoir of Billy shears, why leave out the most crucial parts to understanding Paul's replacement his family's willingness to go along with it, The terms Billy Shepherd negotiated in joining the band, etc etc. NAMELY THE FACT THAT IT WAS PAUL'S IDEA IN THE FIRST PLACE TO BE REPLACED, after having several premonitions in dreams of his death and even of his replacement. despite these and other small but extremely significant misses or failures by the author, this book is a must read for anyone who is a fan of music of any genre or time period in the last 60 years

Revisado: 05-06-19
Hunter's first public book and one of his best if not the. Unfortunately the readers voice was abysmal, as Hunters own voice and gate are his own and synonymous with his writing, this readers in ability to do so made it hard to listen. But a horrible narrator couldn't ruin a great piece of a literary genius
