Interesting read

Had several good points in it but some can be misleading regarding our thinking. As someone who worked in mental health and also works as a mindset spiritually focused therapist I think there are really great things to take from the book but also some thing that may not apply to everyone. Overall it was worth checking out as I’ve heard many enjoyed it. As a author myself I know how hard it is to meet everyone’s expectations:).
