concept is good deliverance bad

I like the concept of the book the way it's written but the narration and how was read is absolutely horrible. I mainly listen to audiobooks due to not enough time to read them myself so alot of drive time....I'm going to make time to read these myself because I really like the concept but the narrator almost drones.

hard to get into

ok I was looking forward to this book since I got it, but man I felt it really hard to connect to this book. felt the entire middle of the book was just a filler. I don't have the 2nd book right now and undecided if I'll give it a chance at this point.

this series was epic. but then we changed voice actors and they even went back and replaced the old books. The new voice actor. Todd is really super monotone compared to what we had. hell even some of the names like rugrat the way he says it is slurred and not clear this rolls into other names and cities as well. Great story! really wish that changed. it happened because this was my favorite series. now I really have to put this down as one of the worst series due to the narrator.
