Love the concept of Warrior Poet

I have been a fan of John Lovell for some time. The concept of warrior poet is something we should all adopt and teach our children. I say children and not sons, because I am the father of three girls. That said, in an age where masculinity is frowned upon, it falls on our shoulders to pass on the training to future generations. We need to teach our children that is is their responsibility to be protectors of themselves, their families and the weak. We can do this while keeping balance and embracing the softer side of life, I.E., the poet. Balance is key and Lovell's book embodies living that balance and being both strong and soft in your life.
We can be all these things and live life to the fullest without fear. I challenge you to be a Warrior Poet!

What disappointed you about Weight Loss Surgery?

There was no substance to this book. If you have read anything or talked to anyone who has had bariatric surgery already knows most of what is in this book.

What could Wade Migan have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?

Add content. To say this was thin would be an understatement.
