I have devoured Abby’s books since I found them and Part of Your World does not disappoint! It was so well written and the narration was performed perfectly!

I have read of Ruth Ware’s books and loved them but I found myself halfway through this one and ready for it to be over. It was just too much and I was begging for a conclusion with 6 hours left to go in the book. The ending was good so I’m glad I got there but whoo! it was a struggle! Narration was great, I love Imogen Church!

I have never wanted to physically shake a character more!

Oh my cheese!! It’s not a bad book but I found myself listening to it more to see what stupid thing would be done next rather than out of enjoyment. All in all, I’m not saying to not read it, I’m just saying be ready to be patient with it. The ending was good.

I also really liked the fact that the author narrates it. She knows the tone that was meant, not just of the characters but of the book. Sometimes when I listen it books, I wonder if the narrator got the right feeling across; but you don’t have to worry about that here.

This is the second book I’ve listened to from Kate Morton and I loved it! Her well crafted characters and storylines make you feel like you need to know what happens next, they became your people and you become invested. Or at least I did.

I go to a bilingual church but I’m not bilingual. For years I have lead worship in both English and Spanish and had pretty much no idea what I was singing in Spanish or if my pronunciation was correct. These Pimsleur courses have greatly improved my understanding and pronunciation so much so that visitors think I can speak Spanish fluently.

A little tip for people who find the jump from Spanish 1 to Spanish 2 a little too fast, I put the narration speed down to 75% to listen to it the first time and then do the same lesson again at full speed. Not only does it slow their speech down, it gives me more time to think of the correct response.

My first Bond book

I have been feeling the pull to put the phone down and live my life all year. I am tired of scrolling through other people's lives on Facebook while mine passed me by. This book reinforced that feeling and gave me strength to let go and let God with open hands and an open heart ❤

I will definitely listen to this again. I was cleaning so I wasn't able to stop and do the actions as he instructs. Anthony Robbins is very passionate about what he believes and you can hear it in his voice as he reads.
