Breathtaking love story
Revisado: 09-05-24
If you are looking for a really good, heart felt, heat touching story of a romance that found its way through growing up, military deployments in WWII, and God's guidance and direction through a lifetime. Just Once is a great listen on Audible or a great read! I do love a good story.

Historia
For the members of SEAL Team Six, it was a rare mission ordered by the president, monitored in real time from the Situation Room. Houthi rebels in Yemen had captured an American journalist and a member of the Saudi royal family. Their executions were scheduled for Easter Sunday. The SEAL team were to break them out. But when the mission results in spectacular failure, the finger-pointing goes all the way to the top. Paige Chambers, a determined young lawyer, has a very personal reason for wanting to know the answer.

good read
Revisado: 03-07-21
I have read many stories of Holocaust prisons and battles. This is a very human story of how survivors coped through the horrors and daily process without being so horrific as to cause anxiety. It was a good read, I will read it again. it is the history of a family and how love survived.

Historia
For maverick LAPD homicide detective Harry Bosch, the body in the drainpipe at Mulholland Dam is more than another anonymous statistic. This one is personal...because the murdered man was a fellow Vietnam "tunnel rat" who had fought side by side with him in a hellish underground war. Now Bosch is about to relive the horror of Nam. From a dangerous maze of blind alleys to a daring criminal heist beneath the city, his survival instincts will once again be tested to their limit.

Love Harry Bosch
Revisado: 12-29-20
i love the character of Harry Bosch. Always likeable, believable and human. The story has enough twists and turns that it keeps you interested and wondering if I have it figured out, or wait, no, maybe not. Michael Connelly is a master storyteller, and Titus Welliver gives an excellent performance.
