An engrossing read

A real page turner! Although the story is very dark, the characters are fleshed out and very interesting. I found myself rooting for these very flawed people. The narrator was superb!

I have used Mindful Meditation CD's for about 6 months and found them very helpful. This book is the very best. It goes beyond just exercises and gives you ways to help depression. The body scan, if used daily is life changing!
