Historia
Our brains do their best to help us out, but every so often they can be real assholes - having meltdowns, getting addicted to things, or shutting down completely at the worst possible moments. Your brain knows it's not good to do these things, but it can't help it sometimes - especially if it's obsessing about trauma it can't overcome. That's where this life-changing book comes in. With humor, patience, science, and lots of good-ole swearing, Dr. Faith explains what's going on in your skull, and talks you through the process of retraining your brain to respond appropriately....

Untuck this recording quality

Not great.
Revisado: 09-20-22
First of all the audio quality is horrible and you can hear the speaker clear her throat, swallow and take deep breaths. Definitely a low quality recording. Also I don’t mind the use of curse words at all. But she just screams F*ck every other sentence and it just seems forced, kind of like the author was trying to hard. The information was basic, definitely nothing life changing or eye opening. I get the idea of the book, but it’s very generic advise.

Great Read!

One of the best things I’ve read all year. I found myself taking notes throughout the entire book because I related so much to what she was saying. I got so much insight and the author offers solutions to dealing with emotionally immature people. I would recommend this book to anyone that has issues with their parents/guardians.
