This book showed me myself and made me act on things that I’ve been wanting to change about myself and my life but couldn’t articulate, didn’t know where or how to start, or kept putting on the back burner or forgetting to do - basically fear. I put the methods in this book to immediate use and saw immediate results in how I felt about myself and how I carried myself, as well as in how (sometimes surprisingly) people understood and got on board with what I wanted to do. MODE ONE is a way of life, not simply a guide to navigating women, though it’s wonderful for that.
I read a lot of books, prolific, and I don’t comment much, and few move me to immediate action. This book deserves every accolade.
