if you are tired of different people saying the same things this book is totally for you. You will be surprised at how freeing and hopefull you will feel at the end.I know there's been times when I've had to deal with therapist and other people's opinions about how to handle anxiety but this book releases all the pressure and all the have to's and breaks it down as if he's doing it and speaking just for you. He's been there too. there were so many things I could identify with and he broke it down to where you could just fill the pressure leave. He talks about experiences he has seen or happen to him. I think that you will really enjoy this and that it will mean something to you.

What a wonderful experience to hear his story,his words, his laughter, his thoughts. I can tell you right now I will listen to this again. What a joy. Though he has went on to his next life, he is still very present with us. Do yourself a favor and get this audio book.

I did not know what to expect when I got this audiobook several people had suggested it to me. They said I would not be sorry and I can tell you it was better than what they even said. down to earth common sense totally can relate to it was everything and more. And to be honest I think I appreciated it more because of it being an audiobook. But I did turn around and purchase the paperback. It's that good. You won't be disappointed no matter what level of tarot reader you are.
