I’m a regular guy, I wan going to use the 12 tips in this book but as a guy from Dallas Texas it’s hard to make it to a TB12 center to be treated by a TB12 professional in New England area. As the book talks about again & again.

This book will go over your head for 4-5 hours straight before you actually start to put the things he is saying together.

I would recommend I think it great but only for the patient at heart & Mind
