Good book, good narration

Just be prepared that this is not a full dual narration audiobook. The male narrator speaks a few sentences at the beginning of each chapter and one small epilogue. The remaining is completely covered by the female narrator who does a great job. It didn’t deter from the book, but I wish it had been a true dual POV narration.

These awesome narrators once again stole the show. Honestly? This book as written is entirely waaaay overrated. It’s disjointed in parts, the plot basically stopping continuously. Is it hot? Absolutely 🔥 Would I have DND if I’d attempted to read instead of audio? Absolutely. Thank the book gods for Joe Arden.

If the age gap is putting you off from buying this, do yourself a favor and get over it.
I rarely rate books 5 stars, and it takes a lot to get a 4. This one is 5 stars, hands down.
This one will pull on your gut with emotions and on your panties, ladies, because it is HOT!!
Jason Clarke is absolutely phenomenal as per usual. Dude literally can’t miss. And Desiree has just become a favorite. WELL DONE, NARRATORS!!!!

Go into this blind. Go into it with an open mind. Immerse yourself in the story, the characters, and the PERFECT narration. Take it all in, don’t rush through it, and just FEEL. You won’t be disappointed.
P.S. - Don’t feed the vampires.

I always enjoy anything that Vanessa Moyen narrates, but I have to say that Lucas stole the show on this one! Fantastic voices and performance! I’ve read this series before but am so happy I decided to give the audiobooks a try too. Exceeded expectations!!
