This book is perfect for someone like me who doesn't understand enough but also doesn't want to become a data scientist. It is very easy to listen, very informative. A very good read for interested people either as a job or just interested in the power of data. Therefore strongly recommended.

Great audio book. Explains everything great and easily understandable. I am doing my first fast because of how clear and instructive the book is. Clear, sensible, helpful...cut through the hype and frenzy surrounding weight loss. Fasts works well for me, easier than cutting back plus I like the less-understood health benefits. Don't be afraid to try it.
