This book was both healing and heartbreaking in the best possible ways. Just when you think you know what’s going to happen, the authors drop another crazy twist. I love it and I can’t get enough of the story and these characters.

I have never been so pleasantly surprised by how good a book is! I’ve laughed, been so distraught (it would take a lot for me to cry) and my jaw has dropped several times! This book was SO good.

Tragically beautiful story

This was an incredible story and I really got invested in the characters. I was shocked by how good this was! The narration style was distracting for me, even though the actors were talented! It was tough to hear each narrator read the each other’s voices instead of reading their own. I pushed through and got used to this more in Book 2, a testament to how great the story was! Also, I didn’t feel that Sabian’s voice matched his character description since there was a slight southern accent, even though the actor did a great job with his sarcastic personality.

Definitely worth the read!

I almost didn’t read but am SO glad I did. It was so enjoyable to get Cass’ POV, and Tim Campbell’s performance is amazing. I wish he read for Cass in all the books! The cliffhanger ending was maddening in the best way and left me even more excited to keep reading the next book.

At first I was having trouble getting into the story. For some reason, the narration feels like a slower speed than most audiobooks I’ve read. It makes it much more enjoyable to read at 1.5!
