I am an experienced startup veteran serving as CTO and VP Eng in multiple startups. I found Alisa Cohn’s book hugely helpful. Many of the examples portrayed in the book are very similar to my own experience in the startups where I worked. I wish I had the opportunity to have this book as an aid when I was dealing with similar challenges. Highly recommended!
