Historia
Quickly becoming a cornerstone of Holocaust historiography, this is a devastatingly stark memoir from one of the lone survivors of Treblinka. Why do some live while so many others perish? Tiny children, old men, beautiful girls - in the gas chambers of Treblinka, all are equal. The Nazis kept the fires of Treblinka burning night and day, a central cog in the wheel of the Final Solution.

Please Honor these people by hearing their story.
Revisado: 11-20-20
Oh my dear fellow Audible listeners this audio will immediately have a grip on you where you will probably listen to this from beginning to end in 1 setting. With all the scary things going on in the world today with this pandemic and all the political drama or all the racial tensions it's certainly a time in our history that is new to us. But if we use our history to our advantage and listen to it and learn from it we as a people can begin to work together and agree or disagree about things civilly and without violence. With all the bad things going on now does not come close to the horror the Jewish people had to endure when they were locked up in these death factories. And with all the absolute fear of death with no hopes of escaping the absolute terrifying environment they were forced to live in will always be known as most definitely one of the most terrifying times in human history however, from The morbid fear there was one word that kept a lot of these people going and that was hope. By working together thinking together and a outlook of all for one and one for all this audio shows you how amazing that with all the odds stacked against these particular people they were able to feel human again (some unfortunately for the last time) and find some dignity and be able to fight back using the strengths of their fallen comrades memory to fuel their rage against their oppressors. For a lot it was the last time but they would take solace in knowing they went down swinging and for the lucky ones that did make it they will forever be remembered and eternally owed a lifetime of thanks for bringing the history of what happened to the rest of the world. And as a society we should embrace there memories and actions and use it as wisdom and guidance when we have to be strong and brave in what we believe in. that is my two cents worth and I wish everybody reading this you and your family your Gods blessing and good health and Good Times in the days ahead. please listen and learn.

fan or not..a inside look (without WWE influence)
Revisado: 11-08-20
out of all the wrestling books I've read this one was by far one of the best ever! it's nice getting an inside book of the business without the author feeling intimidated by WWE - meaning that they are going to lose their job or keep from getting a job in the future because quite frankly Bob Holly is a man's man and he don't give a rat's ass what WWE thinks or anybody for that matter. I highly recommend!

hands down the story easily would have got five stars but it is just too damned long. next thing you know you're thinking you're listening to Stephen King who takes 3 days to describe what an ashtray looks like. still very exciting and scary to learn about some of the traditions and things that go on South of the Border. and of course lastly who dey who dey who dey think going to beat dem Bengals?........... nobody! 👽

As always rs belcher has so much skill and only Bronson (maybe will patton) knows how to deliver. After the story the tale has its own magic because it makes you soooooo appreciate being alive and how lucky we are to be able to feel the sun on your face or the beautiful things love for family produces. Thank you Mr Belcher for reminding me. Thank you little brother for always having my six. MLLB AND MUCH LOVE FOR THE LESSON THIS STORY TEACHES.

Historia
Detective Miles Jensen is called to the lawless town of Santa Mondega to investigate a spate of murders. This would all be quite ordinary in those rough streets, except that Jensen is the Chief Detective of Supernatural Investigations. The breakneck plot centres around a mysterious blue stone, 'The Eye of the Moon', and the men (and women) who all want to get their hands on it: a mass murderer with a drink problem, a hit man who thinks he's Elvis and a pair of monks among them.

Historia
Thad Taylor is no one's idea of a fine man. Usually drunk and shiftless, he's disapproved of by most - especially his father. But when his father doesn't return from a trip across the Kansas plains, Thad is the only one who can search for him. And he's far from ready for the ordeal. Because his father is already dead. He has fallen victim to the bloody Benders - a demented family who lures travelers into their cabin way station only to rob and brutally murder them.

Historia
They each had their reasons for being a soldier. They each had their illusions. Goodrich came from Harvard. Snake got the tattoo - Death Before Dishonor - before he got the uniform. And Hodges was haunted by the ghosts of family heroes. They were three young men from different worlds plunged into a white-hot, murderous realm of jungle warfare as it was fought by one Marine platoon in the An Hoa Basin, 1969. They had no way of knowing what awaited them. Nothing could have prepared them for the madness to come. And in the heat and horror of battle they took on new identities, took on each other, and were each reborn in fields of fire....

Good god what a story. I now have much more understanding of how Vietnam veterans feel. These boys had to grow up fast and that they did. Shake a vets hand today but don't try to act like you know unless you was there too.
