My New Number One Favorite Book

I have read/listened to various inspirational and self-help books but David Goggins book is by far the best I have read. Along with Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill the will be an annual read for me. I absolutely love this book.
Three way that the book has not only the text but also an enlightening discussion with Goggins is invaluable.

I have listened to Mark for about a year now but this book has given me a greater understanding of the point of view that he comes from. I love it!
