TERRIBLE NARRATOR!! Worst Ever!!

Nails on chalkboard. Way too fast. All characters sound bad even at 85 speed. I wanted to like this one about dogs. It was torture. Like someone singing off key. Narrator is too fast, too high, too untalented.. I hate to sound mean but I love to listen to books and have listened to hundreds.

This is one of the best written books ever. You get to know everyone without being bored and feel what the characters are going through. The story flows so well you can completely forget everything else. I love books. We go to the library regularly. I have two Kindle's and have many, many books on Audible.I am very pleased with the writing of Harry Potter. No typos, bad grammar or the characters suddenly doing something crazy for that character. A true work of art about friendship and good verses evil.

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?
Yes! This was great entertainment.Once I started I could not stop. Even took my shower with my speakers blasting. I liked the characters and enjoyed their adventure. I also liked that there was real danger at every turn without horror. The magic was fun as well.
What other book might you compare The Thirteenth Unicorn to and why?
Harry Potter- The Order of the Phoenix. A terrifying showdown between good and evil..yet hope is found in friendship and the love for each other. Courage is found.
What does Sonny Dufault bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
He made the characters bold and colorful in my mind. Good job. Many narrators have been so flat and monotone I didn't finish a book because of how badly they read the story. Not so here. It was easy to feel what they were feeling and tell the difference between each person. I was completely immersed. Happy! Happy!
Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?
When the unicorn came to honor them and share a vision with them. When Louise explained to her grand children what really happened to their mother.

I'm very happy book 2 is already in progress.

Yes, It was read well with good emotion and great rhythm. I loved the music throughout the story.

No. But I thought he was great. I have heard many and he is One of the best.
