I listened to Dave's diet after having loved his Game Changers Book. What a gift! I have tried many diets that for others seem to work. I want to regift a part that will work if you are looking for an easy Intermittent Fast that will assist you in losing weight quickly (15# in 14 days so far and a revitalized career). I call myself "Butter Brain" now... Grass-fed butter, Mct Oil and French Press Organic Coffee from Central America is better (listen to his tape) . Get a manual frother to make the coffee taste and look better. This is your brekkie. That's it! You won't need more, promise. The energy is amazing, no jitters, just pure performance. Where does Just Listen rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?
Very high - it provides a skill set that I am awful at and really has helped me as recently as yesterday while in a meeting!
What was one of the most memorable moments of Just Listen?
Finding out that there are psychopaths in the board room helped me reaffirm that leaving certain companies was a welcome change. Giving Power Thank Yous was very memorable too.
Have you listened to any of Walter Dixon’s other performances before? How does this one compare?
No - but he is good!
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
Yes, but that was not really possible, plus this type of book needs to be re-listened to, to really understand the techniques and internalize them.
