Historia
As the failures of physicalism begin to shake the confidence of even the most biased of its supporters, a new view on the nature of reality is establishing itself as the only tenable alternative: Analytic Idealism. According to it, there is a world out there independent of our individual minds, but such world is—just like ourselves—also mental or experiential. While being a realist, naturalist, rationalist, and even reductionist view, Analytic Idealism flips our culture-bound intuitions on their head.

Great book - more scientific than I expected.
Revisado: 09-03-24
I'm generally cautious about reading things that go against mainstream science, for fear of dipping into conspiratorial waters. I was expecting this book to be somewhat filled with conspiracy theories and such, but I was delighted to see that it wasn't like that.
Yes, the book does challenge the mainstream cholesterol hypothesis, but it does so in a balanced and reasonable way. Everything aligned with medical literature that I have consumed thus far.
Maybe the clotting hypothesis is not perfect, and it may need some tweaks, but this book will surely improve your understanding of atherosclerosis.
